The maintenance unit of Transportation Services ensures campus lots and ramps are properly maintained and cleaned. This entails ongoing maintenance and construction projects as well as fulfilling your requests for maintenance.

Lot Cleaning Request

There are several campus lots that are very big. When asking for lot cleanup, please provide the following information:

  • Lot #
  • What needs to be done
  • Where the specific problem is - be specific (stall/area directions, inside/outside of door, etc.)
  • Your name and phone number (in case we have questions locating the problem)

Contact CARS ( (Central Answering and Response Service) at 263-3333 for cleaning requests for grass or sidewalk areas on campus or to report malfunctioning elevators in parking ramps.

Lot Resurfacing

Each summer we average about 5-10 lots on campus that receive maintenance including crack filling and resurfacing. Information about lots scheduled for maintenance will be posted on the website and emailed to affected parties.
