E-scooter Claim Form

All electric scooters (e-scooters) on the UW-Madison campus must have a valid UW e-scooter parking permit 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Permits are available for purchase at any Transportation Services office location.

E-scooter parking is only allowed in designated parking areas. E-scooter parking areas are the yellow stalls located in designated moped parking lots. E-scooters may not be parked at or locked to bicycle racks, utility poles, trees, bollards, railing, signs posts, or fences. Improperly parked e-scooters are subject to citation and/or impound.

If your e-scooter was parked on UW-Madison property and did not have a valid permit and/or was parked in a non-designated area, it may have been impounded.
