Purchase and manage your permit information

Purchase and manage any changes to your UW-Madison parking permit by visiting our eBusiness portal. You'll need your NetID and Password to access this system. We recommend the use of Internet Explorer version 8 or 9 for optimal use of the eBusiness portal.

Please do not attempt to update or change your vehicle license information during the application process. You will be able to update this and other information on our eBusiness site after you have received a parking assignment.

Permit Pickup

All Bus Passes will be mailed to the confirmed mailing address.

Base Lot, Flex, Business Alternate, Afternoon/Night, Park & Ride Permits:

2017-18 permits (valid Sept. 1, 2017 through Aug. 31, 2018) purchased before August 19 will be mailed to the address confirmed at time of purchase. Permits purchased after August 18 (beginning 12:01 a.m. 8/19) are available for pick up at the Transportation Services Office located in Room 124 WARF at 610 Walnut Street after 11 a.m. the next business day following purchase.

Moped and Motorcycle Permits:

2017-18 moped permits (valid Sept. 1, 2017 through Aug. 31, 2018) purchased before August 28, 2017 can be picked up at the Transportation Services office location at 21 N. Park Street beginning August 28, between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Temporary parking will be available for mopeds in Lot 604 next to Smith Hall during permit pick up. Moped permits purchased after August 28 (beginning 12:01 a.m. 8/29) are available for pick up at the Transportation Services office location at 21 N. Park Street after 11 a.m. the following business day.


2017-18 motorcycle permits (valid Sept. 1, 2017 through Aug. 31, 2018) purchased before August 21, 2017 will be mailed to the address confirmed at purchase. Permits purchased after August 20 (beginning at 12:01 a.m. 8/21) are available for pick up at the Transportation Services office location at 21 N. Park Street after 11 a.m. the following business day.

Bike Cage and Locker Rentals:
All NEW bike locker rental keys will be available for pick up at the Transportation Services office located in Room 124 WARF at 610 Walnut Street after 11 a.m. on the next business day following purchase. Bike cages are Wiscard accessed, so no key is needed. Existing cage/locker rentals being renewed for the next parking year need only to complete the payment process.
