Department Reserved Stall Application

UW departments can lease a dedicated parking stall in a specific surface lot or garage. Once approved, Transportation Services will install a sign to ensure the spot is restricted for your department’s exclusive use.

Responsibilities

To keep your parking privileges in good standing, please note:

  • Failure to follow UW–Madison Transportation Services policies may result in the loss of your reserved stall.
  • The primary contact for the department is responsible for ensuring all staff and guests using the stall are aware of current parking rules and updates.

Locations and dates are subject to change.

  • Lot 8: fully closed
  • Lots 12, 17, 20, 39, 54, 59, 64, 82: summer 2026
  • Lot 46: spring and summer 2026
  • Lot 75: fall 2025 through summer 2026
