Elevator repair and modernization | February through May 2026
The west main elevator (#1) will receive a new hydraulic jack. Both elevators will be modernized.
One of two elevators on the west side of the parking garage (near the hospital entrance) will be out of service during the project. Most ADA accessible parking has been relocated to Level 1.
Wait times at the west elevators will be longer than usual. Elevators on the northeast corner of the parking garage (closest to the Health Sciences Learning Center) are available, unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra travel time in case of delays.
Spanning repair
A large area between Levels 2 and 3 is blocked off to make a work zone to repair a section of the ramp.
Protective fencing installation | October through January 2026
Protective fencing to help prevent falls will be installed on the upper levels of lots 75 and 63.
