Transportation Services employees work hard to keep campus lots and ramps clean and well-maintained. We perform regular maintenance and construction projects, as well as respond to your requests for maintenance.
Report broken equipment

Request a parking refund
You can request a parking refund if you paid the incorrect transaction amount due to malfunctioning gate equipment. Fill out the parking refund request form (PDF). Be sure to black out any bank numbers or sensitive materials on any accompanying information.

Lot resurfacing
Each summer approximately 5-10 lots on campus undergo maintenance such as crack filling and resurfacing. Information about lots scheduled for maintenance will be emailed to affected permit holders.
