Report broken equipment and requests for cleaning using the lot maintenance form on this page.

Can’t find a parking stall in your assigned lot? Complete a lot full form.

Elevator problems. Report details to FP&M Physical Plant at (608-263-3333).

Request a refund. If you paid an incorrect amount due to malfunctioning gate equipment, fill out the parking refund request form (PDF). Redact (cross out) any bank numbers or sensitive information on any supporting documentation.

Lot resurfacing. Approximately 5-10 surface lots are resurfaced per year. Information about lots scheduled for maintenance will be emailed to affected permit holders.
