Emeriti parking pass information
- The pass grants 24 fee-free parking sessions in UW campus garages per year.
- Passes are valid July 1–June 30.
- Passes must be ordered every year.
- Passes for the upcoming year are available on June 1.
Eligibility
Eligible emeriti must be approved by the Chancellor’s Office and Transportation Services.

- Lot 6 (upper), 7, 17, 20, 29, 36, 46, 67, 76, 80, and 83

Restrictions
- Emeriti passes are not valid when the “Lot Full” sign is on, or when there is no visitor availability.
- Emeriti passes are not valid when a lot is reserved for a special event. Check lot entrance signs for more information.
- Vehicles may not be stored (parked) in a facility without exiting for more than 72 hours without authorization by Transportation Services.
