Parking through Aug. 31, 2018
2018-19 permit applications are closed for the remainder of this parking year (until Aug. 31, 2018).
Remaining permit options for this parking year are available for instant purchase in the eBusiness portal. This includes available base lot, park and ride, Flex, motorcycle, moped, afternoon, and night permits. If a permit or lot option is not listed, it is not available. Employee bus passes good through August 31 can also be purchased in the eBusiness portal.
Those who already hold a 2018-19 base lot, Flex, or park and ride permit must come into a Transportation Services office if they want to exchange their permit for one of the available permit options. Please contact customer service to check availability—you will be unable to see permit availability in the eBusiness portal if you already hold one of the aforementioned permit types.
Those still on a 2018-19 waitlist will remain on their respective list(s) as offers are processed biweekly through June.
Parking for 2019-20 year (Sept. 1, 2019 – Aug. 31, 2020)
Parking year 2019-20 parking permit applications are open May 6- June 7 for the first application period (“round one”). Round one parking offers will be emailed to applicants July 12–18; these offers must be accepted and purchased by August 6. (Please note not all those who complete an application will receive an offer during round one offers.) Those who fail to apply by the June 7 deadline will be able to apply during the second application period, July 12–August 6. Round two offers will be processed starting August 8.
Current annual permit holders will be receiving an email throughout the week of May 6 (May 6-10) with additional application information. Please watch your emails.
If you do not have or have not had a parking permit in the past, you will need to contact your Unit Transportation Coordinator (UTC) for approval to apply for the 2019-20 parking year.
Department limited, service, and vendor permits applications for 2019-20 open the week of May 20. Applications close June 21.
2019-20 bus passes and afternoon, night, motorcycle, and moped permits are available for purchase starting August 1, 2019.
If you have questions before applying for parking, please contact your UTC.
The 2019-20 parking rates have been approved and released. The only permit prices changing are for base lot permits in lots making the final conversion move in the three-to-two tier consolidation plan. Employee bus passes, other permit costs, citation fees, and administrative fees will not change. There are no policy changes for the 2019-20 year.
