I'm organizing an event. How can I arrange parking for guests?
Make parking part of your event plan!
Coordinators of smaller events can purchase permits for event attendees at least two weeks in advance. Find more information on our Value Permit Order Form page.
UW departments can also request parking validations to distribute to event guests. Validations do not reserve parking space, but transfer the cost of guest parking to the department. Find more information on our validation request page.
To organize parking for larger events, call or email the Transportation Services Special Events office at least two weeks before the event date. Please include the event date and time and expected attendance. We will work with you to plan parking for your guests.
To make guest parking arrangements for an event, contact Transportation Services Special Events at (608)-262-8683 or visitorparking@fpm.wisc.edu.
