To speed up steam project progress, N. Charter Street from W. Johnson Street to University Avenue will close in both directions at all times starting October 15. Vehicles should use alternative travel routes.

N. Charter Street from W. Johnson Street to University Avenue is closed in both directions from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. One lane of southbound traffic is available in evening and early morning hours.
