Employee bus passes and afternoon, night, moped, and motorcycle permits for the 2018-19 year (valid Sept. 1, 2018 – Aug. 31, 2019) are now available for purchase through the Transportation Services eBusiness portal. You can also purchase an employee bus pass at one of the Transportation Services offices.
Note:
- Employees are unable to purchase a bus pass until their appointment start date.
- There is not permit availability in a specific moped lot location if it not listed on the eBusiness portal. An alternate lot must be selected.
- Mopeds must have a valid license plate in order to operate on campus and use a UW moped permit. A temporary plate is acceptable until a permanent plate is obtained.
- Student bus passes are available through the Associated Students of Madison starting August 27.
