Some manholes on Observatory Drive from Bascom Hall to Park Street will undergo water drainage on Saturday, Sept. 22. Traffic flow will be allowed, but may be restricted at times. Access to area parking lots (Lot 9, 10, 11) will be available. Expect delays if you intend to travel through this area.
