Parking and transportation feedback survey to launch week of October 5

Randomly selected groups of UW–Madison students, faculty, and staff will be invited to participate in the 2026 Campus Parking and Transportation Choices feedback survey. Members of the survey groups will receive an email from Qualtrics software with an individual link to the survey.

The research goal of the survey is to better understand how students, faculty, and staff currently experience parking and transportation at UW–Madison, and how they make decisions to travel to or access campus.

Transportation Services regularly administers surveys to gather feedback on campus transportation programs, in addition to the biennial transportation modes survey that has been conducted since 1979.

Survey responses are confidential. Any information shared in the survey will be reported in group form and will not be reported in a way that would allow individuals to be personally identified.

What happens to the results?

Survey results will be used to help Transportation Services improve program outreach and campus travel options. The report will be posted on the Transportation Services with reports from previous years.
