Campus bus routes are on a reduced summer recess schedule May 11 – August 24. Only Routes 80 and 84 run. Standard weekday service resumes August 26.

Reminder: winter parking rules and Snow Action Days
With snow on the ground and more on the way, remember winter parking rules are in effect Nov. 15 through March 15 from 2-6 a.m. every day. Additional restrictions are in effect during Snow Action Days.
Holiday Impacts (Office Hours, Bus) — December 2018 and January 2019
Winter holidays (Dec. 24-25, Dec. 31 – Jan. 1, Jan. 21) will close Transportation Services offices and affect bus service.

Freakfest road closures and traffic detours on October 27
Detours for Freakfest begin Friday night with some Metro Transit routes. Street closures and significant detours in place on Saturday, Oct. 27.
Late night Metro Transit detours September 11
Late night Metro Transit routes 2, 5, 28, and 81 will detour 9/11 10 p.m. – 9/12 6 a.m. due to road closures.
Ironman to cause campus detours
The Madison Ironman is Sunday, Sept. 9. The marathon route impacts several campus roads. Expect detours and delays.
Part 2 of repaving University Bay Drive begins
The repaving project on University Bay Drive by Lot 60 and 76 has resumed. Access to the lots will be available at all times.
