Crazylegs Packet Pick-up
Staff will be at all four Lot 91 entrances to manage packet pick-up traffic from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 28, and 7 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29. Staff will sell space to event customers in Lot 91 on Saturday morning for $10 (credit/debit preferred; exact cash accepted).

Event parking: Lots 16, 17, 20, 46, 91. Lots staffed 7 to 10:30 a.m. Parking cost: $10 (credit/debit preferred, exact cash accepted). Crazylegs Classic race events start at 9:50 a.m. Various lots along the route may experience traffic congestion as participants complete their events. Events begin at Library Mall and end on-field at Camp Randall Stadium.

Shamrock Shuffle races, Walnut Street closure to impact travel on campus
The Shamrock Shuffle 5K/10K events will go through parts of campus on Saturday, March 11. And beginning March 11, Walnut Street will be closed south of Linden Drive due to railroad bridge repair work. Traffic will detour to Highland Avenue through March 19.
Ironman 2022 to cause campus area traffic detours
Expect detours and delays on campus and in the Madison area on Sunday, Sept. 11 for Ironman Wisconsin. The marathon route impacts several campus roads between 11 a.m. and midnight.
Shamrock Shuffle detours – 3/12/22
The Shamrock Shuffle 5K/10K event will go through parts of campus on Saturday, March 12, 2022. UWPD will control traffic along the route, which will include significant closures on Observatory Drive.
Madison Marathon to restrict campus roads on November 14
The Madison Marathon is Sunday, Nov. 14 and the route travels through parts of downtown Madison and the UW-Madison campus. Expect detours and delays from approximately 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
