Madison Metro Transit seeking additional feedback on network redesign
Metro Transit is again asking for community feedback as they move into Phase 2 of Madison’s bus network redesign. The latest survey asks for input on two network alternatives. Be sure to share your thoughts!
Ironman 2021 to cause campus area traffic detours
Expect detours and delays on campus and in the Madison area on Sunday, Sept. 12 for Ironman Wisconsin. The marathon route impacts several campus roads between 11:30 a.m. and midnight.
Linden Drive and Charter Street road closures near Van Hise Hall the week of April 26
Van Hise Hall is undergoing emergency repair work, including removal of concrete paneling. A crane assisting with the work will require road closures in the Van Hise area during the week of April 26, 2021.

Holiday Impacts (Office Hours, Bus) – December 2020 and January 2021
The winter holidays in December and January will close Transportation Services offices and operations and affect Metro Transit bus service.
Some parking restrictions waived Nov. 27; changes to bus service
Certain permit requirements are waived in some surface lots on Friday, Nov. 27 due to Metro reduced service. Campus bus service will switch to recess service on Nov. 27, resuming standard service at the start of the spring semester.
